Just a thought. Why people rejoin the same company with in one year of leaving ? Below are just my thinking... Comfort : Every body loves their own comfort zones. They miss that in the new companies. In new company everyone expects to perform. But these persons do not able to come out from comfort zones, they fail and they just love the OLD companies and comeback. Responsibility : After joining new company more responsibilities are given as people join for hike or promotion. And in return companies also want them to take more responsibilities. But some people do not that abilities to take more responsibilities or they do not have knowledge/capability to take up new responsibilities. They might have taken due to reference or just to fill up a position. After failing in new responsibility they came back to OLD one again. Health/Family issues : Future is uncertain. So they have to comeback to OLD companies to sustain. Health/Family issues may be due to timing, travelli...
