We are sitting in the same bench at the same park. Children are playing in the ground. The red rose tree is still there with some drops of water on them. Just a thought. Why people rejoin the same company with in one year of leaving ? Below are just my thinking... Comfort : Every body loves their own comfort zones. They miss that in the new companies. In new company everyone expects to perform. But these persons do not able to come out from comfort zones, they fail and they just love the OLD companies and comeback. Responsibility : After joining new company more responsibilities are given as people join for hike or promotion. And in return companies also want them to take more responsibilities. But some people do not that abilities to take more responsibilities or they do not have knowledge/capability to take up new responsibilities. They might have taken due to reference or just to fill up a position. After failing in new responsibility they came back to OLD one again. Health/Family issues : Future is uncertain. What is the meaning of "Sangat ka Asar"? It means "Impact of Company" :Impact of near by Environment, friends Circle etc In my view, we become friends with those who likes the thing we like or with those , what we want to be. And accordingly our behavior, mindset, our look outs, our actions change. People want to be successful, should stay/roam/make friendship with successful people only. What happens in the process? As human being, we observe and try to copy the behavior of the person near by. We observe the company of good people and try to duplicate the same. We listen to the talks of successful people. They do not speak/discuss cheap things. So our mindsets change accordingly and we speak accordingly. We see their actions and reactions for different situations. We try to duplicate the same. Three of us were just having discussion over a road side tea. It was started with a regular discussion & went in to a  discussion about LOVE. LOVE !!! Question was,why two persons love each other but they just broke up and go for another relationship after some days. Instantly my answer was because of compatibility. "It was a regular day. They just met in college/school/road/train/bus/flight/airport/party through a common friend/on a discussion/due to fight. But started to call/meet everyday and felt that special experience of compatibility (s/he is not of my type 100% but may be 80%. If we missed up both the products, what will be the new product ??? A compact 3D single lens Projector which you can carry in your laptop bag for presentation. Just think about it. It is possible but one has to work hard in terms of optics and electronics circuits. I am writing because this product came to mind when I thought of any innovative product that can make a difference.
