Black because the blazer color is dark always in corporate (My perception). And sheep because of its behavior. Sheep's behavior matches with the behavior of corporate people. The behaviors are given below:

But I am not here to write about the song. I am here to write about the behavior of our friends (Including me somewhat) about searching a job. Before going into detail, Why I chose black sheep?
Black because the blazer color is dark always in corporate (My perception). And sheep because of its behavior. Sheep's behavior matches with the behavior of corporate people. The behaviors are given below:

- Sheep Senses (Listening sense, Sight)

Now we are asking for a job directly which is on of the ways of asking for a job instead of putting our CVs in job portal. But problem is here that we are asking for a job without knowing whether we will fit in that or not. We are not analyzing our features and their needs.
Even if we have done analysis but the question here is we are not selling ourselves, we are just begging. Means we are not creating a gap in the mind of consumer (he should feel that there is a need), we are not making him realize that if he won't me the gap can't filled up effectively (It is difficult)(My point of view).
So my point is instead of asking "Baa, Baa, Black Sheep, Have you any JOB?" say "Baa, Baa, Black Sheep, I will solve this problem. can you offer me any JOB?"
