I Do Not Have To Be Bad For Better

I was attending the workshop of "WCM"(World class manufacturing), that time I saw a video of Kaizen. There a person is saying "You Do Not Have To Be Bad For Better". There I got this idea to write about this. It (this post) is not related to quality as such but related to Kaizen (Continous Improvement).

In our college, college management wants to improve all the process here. But they are doing they are following the rule "I am to be Bad for Better". So people get upset, they do not like to work for this college even not for their friends and themselves. Here I am diverting little bit and showing two pictures and I will explain what I want to say through those pictures.

LOOK THESE PHOTOS CAREFULLY

We are like sand. If someone will try to force and want to hold us then we will go out his hand. But in second also if someone keep us open the wind will take us. So what to do then??

Wet us and use two hands and give force & we will be united and after that you can take us easily and use anywhere. No one will leave. That's why all top colleges' alumni team is doing for colleges. Colleges add water (add knowledge) and force them to bind themselves together and enjoy the success story. It was a divert topic from my original post. So let's come to the topic.

Here I want to say that I do not have to take drugs, smoke, drink for good performance. In other way I do not have to be read all night or all day to do better in exam (I am making my health bad by this). I can read little bit with 100% concentration and can do better.

Similarly to look good I do not have to use different chemical. To play better I do not have to take drugs. I can achieve by daily practice.

Similarly to get a project done, I do not have to bribe someone. To live a good life I do not have to be bad anytime. I can do better things being good. So never try to be bad even for betterment.

I am going in this path now.... Just think about it....
