Does name have any impact on one's character?

Let's start with my name. Let's see is there any impact of my name on my character?

Sambit: According to my knowledge, it means "Getting Sense, after being unconscious for long time".

I searched my name in Google and the best two results are given below.

If we consider the definition my name and compare my character with this there might be similarity but the truth is that from one's effect we can't draw a conclusion. As we say there is impact of stars, numbers in our character, we can say that name has some impact. Because it impacts us mentally. We feel the impact of name in our mind. If someone is calling you "Sambit", It gives an idea that you are making them aware of some situation before hand or you are giving them logical answers which in turn gives you a confidence. This confidence shape your character.
